Want to Join...  Well you've certainly come to the right place.

To apply for membership of our club just download our application form by clicking here.  We need your acknowledgement that you are aware of the club policies and that you accept the Clubs Code of Conduct, conditions of acceptance and you should be aware of the Clubs financial arrangements.

Membership is for 1 year, renewable from 1st July annually.  Payment methods and fees are as below.

Fees:

• Sign-on             £50

There are 2 alternate methods of payment:

• Annual              Payment in full.

• Easy Payment   Initial payment of £20 due on joining, and then write two pre-dated cheques for £15, dated 1st November and 1st February, (All payments/cheques must be passed on at time of registration).

Terms & Conditions

• All cheques should be made payable to Kempston West End FC.  Players name and age group to be written on the back.

• No player’s registration application will be accepted without the required payment.

• All fines imposed by the Leagues due to infringement of the laws of the game are to be paid by the player/parent themselves.

We constantly try to improve the awareness of the Club by increasing our presence in the local papers and also by promoting our own web site.  We would therefore like your written permission to take photographs of our players at matches and to use them for this purpose following the clubs Child Protection Policy.  Should you wish any particular photograph to be removed, then this will be done immediately upon receipt of a written request by the Club Secretary.

We also need parental/guardian authority for treatment to be administered in the event of an injury during either training sessions or matches.  We therefore need written permission for First Aid to be given to players or for medical treatment to be given by Ambulance or Hospital staff, in the event of an emergency and when the Club is unable to contact you.

Completed Application forms complete with payment should be handed to the appropriate team manager.
